New Sighting at St. Albans

Pennsylvania native Bill Reap was working outside in St. Albans, Vermont, when he spotted an object in the water. According to Reap, the object was black and "about 12 feet long head above water body turning looked as if it was feeding." Analysis of the image can, so far, not determine what it is, but suggests it is an independent object of some sort. Provided in this short article is an enhancement, as well as the original image.
